"The eight-bedroom home can sleep up to 20 guests comfortably and each bedroom is tastefully designed keeping all age groups in mind.

Bedroom 1 is located on the first level and is outfitted with a king-size bed, a crib, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is located on the first level and features a king-size bed.

Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4, and Bedroom 5 are all located on the second floor and all come equipped with king-size beds.

Bedroom 6 is a NASA-themed bedroom, complete with fun decor, 2 full-size beds, and a TV.

Bedroom 7 is made for the Harry Potter fans in your group and features twin bunk beds and 1 twin-size bed.

Bedroom 8 is Cars-themed and boasts twin bunk beds and an additional twin-size bed.

"IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- The House is Self-Catering, and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and FIRST-DAY USE (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags); please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

- HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. Before check-in, the unit will be cleaned and inspected. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. There are no extras available. We don't provide POOL/BEACH TOWELS or WASHCLOTHS. If you need them, please bring some for your use.

- To ensure your comfort, mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request. Priced at $150 per visit for up to 5-bedroom houses and $200 for 6-plus-bedroom houses, it includes making beds with clean linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, and cleaning the stovetop and countertops in the kitchen. All bath and face towels will be replaced with fresh ones, leaving you with a refreshed and clean living space.

- ONLINE PURCHASES: You may send packages to your home during your stay. Most resorts won't accept USPS and will return deliveries to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx usually work and will leave the packages on the front doors. In some resorts, they’ll deliver the packages to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. We are not responsible for issues with your online purchases.

- ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL OCCUR FOR MISSING or DAMAGED ITEMS, EXTRA CLEANING, LOOSE TRASH"

- Pool Heat fee $40/night for the stay. You must request it at least 48 hours before check-in. Pool heat will not exceed 90F. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT BE EFFECTIVE in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund

- GRILL: BBQ Rental $100/week will apply. Guests are responsible for filling the propane tank. Please request the grill at least 48 hours before Check-In. This fee would ensure you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests who request this service understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused."

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
