- The House is Self-Catering, and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and FIRST-DAY USE (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags); please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

- HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. Before check-in, the unit will be cleaned and inspected. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. There are no extras available. We don't provide POOL/BEACH TOWELS or WASHCLOTHS. If you need them, please bring some for your use.

- Guests must sign a rental agreement. Two days before check-in, we will charge your card a security deposit of $300, which will be refunded after checkout.

- ONLINE PURCHASES: You may send packages to your home during your stay. Most resorts won't accept USPS and will return deliveries to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx usually work and will leave the packages on the front doors. In some resorts, they'll deliver the packages to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. We are not responsible for issues with your online purchases.

- ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL OCCUR FOR MISSING or DAMAGED ITEMS, EXTRA CLEANING, LOOSE TRASH"

- Pool/Spa Heat fee $60/night for the stay. The spa will heat only when the pool heater is on. You must request it at least 72 hours before check-in. Pool heat will not exceed 90F. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT BE EFFECTIVE in cold weather. If you would like to heat the pool and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund

- GRILL: BBQ Rental $100/stay will apply. Guests are responsible for filling the propane tank. Please request the grill at least 48 hours before Check-In. This fee would ensure you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests who request this service understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused."

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
